Frequently Asked Questions

  • Complete the registration form on our contact page. Once we receive your registration form, one of our sales consultants will contact you. This person will become your personal account manager from that moment on. He/she will keep an eye on the market for you, and will always be ready to give you advice or answer any questions you may have.

  • You can order flowers and plants from us 24/7 through our web store, mobile app or your account manager. You decide when, where and how often you want to place your orders.

  • How long it will take for your order to be delivered depends on where the order needs to be delivered to, as well as the logistics of the carrier. Discuss the various options with your account manager.

  • The payment term is part of the delivery terms that you agree with your account manager. Payments are made through our account at ING bank (NL83 INGB 0665 1442 10, BIC: INGB NL 2A).

  • Most airlines handle a minimum shipment of 100 kg. How many flowers are 100 kg? You will find answers to these types of questions here.

  • The flowers are packaged in such a way that the chance of damage is minimal. You can discuss any personal requirements you may have with your account manager.

  • We only sell A1 quality flowers from selected and reputable growers, and bring the products from grower to customer as quickly as possible. We work closely with the growers. That’s why we founded G-Fresh in 2010 with a number of top growers. You can order directly from the grower in the G-Fresh web store. As a result, you will know the harvest date, what the product looks like, and what it costs. G-Fresh flowers are, on average, three days fresher than flowers purchased through flower auctions.

  • The current prices are displayed in our web store. They change every day and are dependent on supply and demand. Weather conditions also play an important factor. Your account manager can also give you longer term prices if required.

  • We have a strong preference for sustainably grown flowers. That's why all the flowers in the web store displaying the G-Fresh logo come from growers who are MPS certified. These growers are committed to Planet, People, Profit and Product. However, at auction, flowers are also supplied by growers who do not meet the MPS standard. We only trade in flowers with such growers if there are really no other alternatives. Just to be clear: G-fresh flowers always meet the MPS standard and therefore carry the MPS quality mark.
